I have a professional grade top-of-the-line Pro-Cut PFM900 on-car brake lathe for sale. Works fine and was in use at our dealership's service department until just two weeks ago when we closed up due to this poor economy. You know how much these units cost new and I'm selling it cheap for $2000. Comes with attachments and spacers. This brake lathe will save you time and make you money in your shop. Below I have posted a review of the unit. $2000. 815-690-4057.

When we realized that disc brake pulsations were the number one brake complaint of drivers nation wide, we invested in the most sophisticated disc brake rotor refinishing system available; The Pro-Cut PFM 900. This is not only the most accurate refinishing system on the market but it is also the fastest one we tested. This is an "on the car" refinishing system that compensates for run out caused by corrosion and stacking. Corrosion is unavoidable in this part of the country so there are only 2 ways to prevent it from becoming an issue in a brake service operation; either replace the rotors and the hub and wheel bearing assembly with every brake job at outrageous expense, or use the Pro-Cut refinishing system to restore the system run out to factory specs. Stacking is another big concern on modern disc brake systems. This is unavoidable. Small inconsistencies in the disc brake rotor and wheel bearing hub that are acceptable for the individual components will usually grow to become unacceptable when the components are bolted together. There is only one cure for this; bolt the components together and finish the rotor on the car with the Pro-Cut system. This is also the only brake lathe recommended for use by GM, Ford and Chrysler. The expense of this type of equipment has prevented most auto repair shops from purchasing it but we think that you are worth it. The above pictures show a brand new premium rotor installed on a 1995 Ford Explorer rear hub. After a thorough cleaning and careful torque procedure there is still over seven thousandths (.007) run out. The maximum run out for a newly reconditioned brake rotor on this vehicle is three thousandths (.003). Without the Pro-Cut system this rotor would leave the shop with more than twice the maximum run out recommended by the manufacturer. By using the Pro-Cut system we can get the run out under one thousandth (.001) every time.
