The villa is fully furnished and fully equipped with 2 1/2 baths, an open floor plan for the living room and fully equipped kitchen (including an awesome bay view!), washer/dryer, and 2 satelite tvs. Each bedroom has a queen sized bed, a balcony (with a view), and it's own bathroom with his/her sinks. Cleaning service is available and included at your request! The villa also comes with 2 parking spots. You can also rent the villa out for $3000/month.
The community the villa is located in is called Canto del Mar. It is five star resort living/renting. Canto del Mar is nestled in a great location...
~5 min. drive to the surf town of Dominical(with restaurants and shopping)
~5 min. drive to Dominical Beach (Great surfing! even for beginners!)
~2 min. drive to Playa Dominicalito
~10 min. " to zip lining(fun family adventure..probably not for those under 6)
~25 min. drive to Nauyaca Falls (this is a great horseback tour! Kid friendly!
and includes breakfast and lunch!)
*the coastal highway, which starts in Dominical and heads south to Panama, is the newest and nicest road in Costa Rica! You can explore many destinations!

This is the basic layout of most of the villas. Ours looks very much like what you see on the website(including the view!) Most of the villas are finished and have sold out, and, just to let you know there is some contruction in the area.
Please Note: Your best bet is to fly into San Jose, Costa Rica and take a small plane to Palmar Sur airport. The only "small plane" airlines that fly in Costa Rica are Sansa Air(flysansa.com) and Nature Air (natureair.com). If you'd like you can also drive(rent a car in San Jose) or get a person to drive you for about $160 to Dominical and pick up a rental car there. The drive is four hours from San Jose and the flight only 40 minutes.
*Please Note: if you have to stay in San Jose overnight to make a connection I recommend Hotel Grano de Oro. (hotelgranodeoro.com)
