The only "small plane" airlines that fly in Costa Rica are Sansa Air(flysansa.com) and Nature Air (natureair.com). If you'd like you can also drive(rent a car in San Jose) or get a person to drive you for about $160 to Dominical and pick up a rental car there. The drive is four hours from San Jose and the flight only 40 minutes.

We are in a private location, yet just a short drive to shopping, restaurants and other activities. We are also only a 40 minute drive from the shores of Lake Michigan. What a great place to escape to. There is as much or as little as you want to do! Plus, we are located within a very reasonable drive from the larger cities- 2 1/2 hrs from Green Bay, 4 1/2 hrs from Madison, 6 1/2 hrs from Chicago, 5 hrs from Milwaukee.

Bedrooms #4 and # 5 each hold two twin beds. Most rooms have TVs and DVD players. All linens and towels provided.

The living room has a queen size sleeper sofa, TV, DVD, VCR and AM/FM CD player.

The full service kitchen has a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, along with dishes and utensils. The table with chairs seat 4 in the kitchen. The dining area's table seats six.

The game room is equipped with a pool table and foosball table along with a variety of games for young and old.

The laundry room has a full size washer and dryer. An iron and ironing board are also available for guest use.

The covered lanai with ceiling fan/light overlooks the pool and pond. You can sit comfortably underneath it at either the table or on one of the three lounge chairs. The 30-ft heated pool is south facing so you get the most sun and with the pond in the rear of this property there are no rear neighbors. The entire pool area is screened in to keep the bugs out. All doors leading to the pool area are alarmed and there is a child safety fence in place.

All three condos are steps away from Kamaole Beach II, one of Maui’s finest family beaches with lifeguards. They are located on the same block within walking distance of each other and close to shops and restaurants. They are an easy drive from the airport (9-miles/20 minutes).

The Maui Banyan complex is currently a COSTCO vacation destination. Our unit rents as a one bedroom lock-off hotel room with a private entry and bath (sleeps 3), a full one bedroom-one bath with kitchen (sleeps 4), or complete two bedroom-two bath with kitchen (sleeps 7). The Maui Banyan complex is located on twelve beautifully landscaped acres and features two swimming pools, spas, and a tennis court. Our unit is located on the “cooler” side of the complex.

The Kihei Kai Nani one bedroom unit is located a short distance away on the same block. It has an ocean view from the large lanai and sleeps four adults. The complex has a large 60 foot swimming pool, one of the largest in South Maui. The complex is situated on nine acres directly across the street from the where visitors gather each evening to watch the spectacular Maui sunset over the ocean.

Our Kihei Akahi studio is located on nine acres of lush tropical gardens between the Maui Banyan and Kihei Kai Nani properties. Our studio sleeps two and has a kitchen and private bath with washer and dryer. It has two pools, gas BBQs, and tennis courts.

Amenities in all three units include:

. $115/night for the Maui Banyan one bedroom, and
. $165/night for the complete Maui Banyan two bedroom unit.

Add 11.42% HI hotel tax. Rates are slightly higher during the winter and summer seasons. All payments are secured through PAYPAL. These are NON-SMOKING units.
