I have one pair of very nice baby girl's jeans. They are traditional blue jeans with pink insulated legs. They are from the Children's Place, and were barely worn last winter because my daughter grows so fast! But they are very nice for the cold winter. I also have a 6-9 month sweatshirt with a teddy bear hood that has ears on it. It was never worn, and, again, is very warm.
I also have 4 pairs of fancy but comfortable shoes for a toddler/baby girl--sizes 4 and 5. Two are brown with some accents, a pink gem stone on one pair and embroidered flowers on the other, and the other two pairs are pink slippers with beads and Nike shoes. The Nike shoes are very used (but still in good condition), while the others are like new.
Finally, I have two boxes of mostly good condition summer clothes--sized 18 months to 2T. There are also several pairs of sandals that go with this.
These items are free, but I would prefer for us to help each other out by bartering for something we can use. Whether it's a dollar for my daughter's piggy bank, a stack of extra notebooks (I'm a writer), or some laundry detergent, when we trade and reuse, we help more than just the environment--we help each other!!
