WE HAVE NO IDEA WHAT IT'S REALLY WORTH SO SHOOT ME A REALISTIC OFFER TO CONSIDER

The boat has spent most of it's time on Paw Paw Lake in MI and the past few years here in Northwest IN. This is a great boat to get started in, the trailer is solid but the paint is faded, wheels, tires, wheel bearings are good , most lights work.

This is the legendary Ski Nautique: Great for Skiing, Tricking, Kneeboarding, Tubing PLUS Barefooting & Wakeboarding, which is what we do. You name it this boat can do it.

351 FORD PCM 240HP that actually uses less fuel than other boats with smaller motors. She has a solid Hull and Deck , solid floor with NO soft spots, good carpet, strong solid engine and trans. Around 700 engine hours (today 7-21-08 = 694) The boat has it's share of dock dings and scratches, it is by no means mint and is not a trailer queen, she is used often and has had several (some younger) drivers. Interior is still very usable, seat bottoms could use skin replacement or stripes re-sewn.
Always winterized professionally and typically indoor winter storage.

The driveline is excellent with many new parts this year or last, the boat runs like a top and purrs like a kitten.
It pulls me barefooting just as easy as it pulls my kids on their wakeboards.

This boat is great, you can ski, lounge, and even camp out on it.

The 454 Big Block runs well and has recently had some improvements (Edelbrock 750 cfm marine carb, performer intake, and performer fuel pump) besides new plugs, wires, cap and rotor, fuel/water separator, oil change and filter, new stainless steel fuel lines with fuel pressure gauge, and a K&N air filter/flame arrester. The engine takes 87 octane, not the more expensive gas. The exhaust is dual 4" through hull, sounds loud and mean from idle-full throttle. The outdrive is an Alpha 1 with hydraulic steering/tilt and trim and it has a Quicksilver 3-blade Stainless steel prop.

I re-upholstered the interior last winter, replaced the captains chairs and added some hidden lights for the perfect lounging atmosphere late at night. The interior cabin area has a wet/bar, plenty of storage for you choice of beverages, a sink (10 gallon water capacity I think), 2 more seats, and either 2 bench seats or a bed that sleeps 2 comfortably (the bench seats convert to the bed with the added bed supports that are stored in the engine compartment). The interior also has a variety of lights so you can have “mood lighting” or intense light.

The stereo has also been upgraded with a new am/fm/cd player, 2 blaupunkt amps, Polk Audio component speakers, in cabin Boston speakers, another pair of 3 way 6x9s, and a 12" sealed JL audio subwoofer. I installed a switch to allow for regular music listening without the amps or simply flip the switch to power up both amps for music you can feel (then powers the Polk components and subwoofer).

I also added dual deep cycle batteries with a selector switch for either one, both, or disconnect the batteries from the boat electrical system for long term storage without draining the batteries).

The original gauges were replaced with new white face gauges last winter, they look great (speedometer, tachometer, oil pressure, tilt/trim, volt meter, engine temp, and fuel gauge). As a back up, I also added a mechanical oil pressure gauge that is located in the engine compartment. I left the original hour meter because I didn’t want to loose track of the engine’s usage, she is at 1,100 hrs currently. The fish finder is hard mounted in and will come with the boat. There is a wood swim platform with drop down ladder and also a newer boat cover.

The trailer is galvanized steel so it will continue to last for a long time without rusting. The tires on the trailer are brand new (I put them on at the beginning of this year) and I recently replaced the wiring and lights on the trailer.

This boat is perfect for anything, I personally camped on it almost every other weekend during the summer months for the past 2 years as a reward to myself for making all of these improvements during the week after work. Everyone needs a break.

She is listed as 22ft long but that does not include the swim platform so it could also be classifies as a 24ft boat. Either way she is big enough for lake Michigan and small enough to fit in the smaller lakes around this area. It is easy to tow, I used a V6 Nissan X-terra and towed her from NY last winter when I moved here.

I love this boat and it kills me to sell her. The NADA value is $12,055. I am asking 13,000 for all of the improvements I’ve listed above (about three grand just in the cost to buy the stuff). The new owner would be getting a great deal at $13,000. I also have 9 life preservers, wakeboard, 3 sets of skis, and other miscellaneous stuff that I will throw in for free.

Q. How does it run?
A. runs like a 1989 Johnson. Runs Good idles rough when cold

Q. Is it a "VEE" hull?
A. No, this is the flat bottom Tracker. 6 degrees of deadrise if I remember correctly. This is NOT the "revolution" style hull. The revolution hull was not introduced until the 90's.

Q. Does it leak?
A. No

Q. What is the weight of the boat?
A. Unsure of complete package weight. Around 1250 lbs would be my guess. It is towable with a 4 cylinder vehicle. Guys tow this exact boat with small pick ups and cars regularly.

Q. What is your bottom price?
A. The only answer I have is "which ever offer comes in closest to the asking price".

Q. How long have you owned the boat?
A. 9 years.

Q. Why are you selling it?
A. We needed a bigger boat for tournaments and are restoring a 86 Hydra Sport.

Q. What is the speed of the boat?
A. around 30-32 MPH, 34 MPH with the wind at your back.

Q. What is wrong with the boat?
A.
The horn works some of the time but not all the time...it is quiet when it does work so I am sure it is just tired.
The oil level sensor for the oil resevior does not work so you have to visually check the oil level.
