· Section 8 experience
· Be a Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS)
· Be familiar with OneSite
· HUD Manager software experience
· Prior Apartment Management/Leasing experience
Duties for this position may include:
· Assuring the community is following all Fair-Housing/Section 8 Laws
· Assisting residents with everyday needs
· Helping collect rent
· Marketing and leasing apartments to prospective tenants
· Other duties and tasks as assigned
