Professional Hearing Management, Inc., the premier audiology practice in Valparaiso is seeking a Part-Time Front Office Staff. We are a family-oriented practice, with a successful 26 year history, looking for a dynamic, energetic, customer service focused individual to join our team. To be successful in this position, you must possess an engaging phone presence and marketing abilities. We are seeking an individual with a strong desire for growth in the position and growth in compensation opportunities. This position is responsible for greeting patients, answering the phones, scheduling appointments, completing administrative processing, and recordkeeping. We provide excellent training.

Hours and days: Four days, Monday through Thursday. Normal hours are 8:30am to 3:00pm, but with the ability to stay until 4:00pm as needed. Need to be able to fill in for staff vacations.
Location: Valparaiso office with occasional local travel required.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Applicant must be a high school graduate.
• Demonstrated excellent customer service skills.
• Embrace inbound and outbound calling.
• Able to work independently and take initiative.
• Be a willing and fast learner with strong detail orientation.
• Proficient computer and typing skills and software knowledge.
• Excellent interpersonal skills that allow effective working relationships with a diverse patient, colleague, and vendor population, including high level listening and problem solving skills.
• Must be able to organize time and prioritize numerous duties within strict deadlines.
• Requires the ability to deal with numerous interruptions.
• Must deal with patients in a caring and respectful, warm and empathetic manner.
