Free MMA Class on Saturday March 21, 2009. The class will cover some standup routines as well as ground game routines. Ken Young, 6th degree Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do, will be instructing the stand up. Edwin Negron, Blue Belt under McVicker Jiu Jitsu, will be covering the ground game. The seminar will cover basic stand up and ground game tactics. All ages welcome!
