POSITION DESCRIPTION
• Educating our customers in Hammond area about InteliTap and how to increase their draft beer sales
• Providing world-class customer service to our customers and ensuring they have an adequate amount of marketing material displayed at each site
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Training management, bar staff, and servers on InteliTap's system and how to sell more draft beer at new and existing customer sites
• Troubleshoot equipment and customer needs / make suggestions for improving the customer's draft beer system (based on what is taught in our TRUST program)
• Maintain proper paperwork standards & marketing material inventory
• Follow proper inteliTap guidelines through the use of our Best Practices and Trouble Shooting manuals
• Adhere to inteliTap employee safety policies
• Accountability/Schedule: follow weekly schedule assigned by the Director of New Customer Integration. Be available via cell phone during regular business hours (8am - 6pm) to take calls from customers as well as from other InteliTap employees
POSITION REQUIREMENTS FOR CONSIDERATION
• College Degree or sales/marketing experience
• 1-3 years experience with sales/corporate training
• Draft beer systems, service/sales experience a plus
• Professional appearance is required; excellent communication & written skills
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be a motivated, positive individual
