Hi strength, high coverage, long bonding range and good heat resistance. Bonds foamed plastics, plastic laminates, wood, plywood and wood veneer. Non-flammable, water-based during application; once dried, the remaining choroprene-rosin based glue will burn. NOTE: I was at first skeptical of a water-based contact adhesive, but after having personally used this (and from this lot), I can say it will give results comparable to regular solvent-based contact glue but without the stink, or the inhalation or fire hazard, and it can be used on plastics without harm from carrier solvents. This glue appears to go on as a smooth latex composition. This glue has not been subject to freezing and unused glue must be protected from freezing.

Polythioether windshield and canopy sealant.
This is an aerospace adhesive that is formulated for extreme service, and is tough, and rubber-like, an adhesive and not just a sealant that can be used for with glass, polycarbonate, acrylic, wood, metal, and even roofing shingles, and is resistant against many solvents. This sealant performs where urethane sealants can't. This spreads easily into small areas and whose combination of adhesion and toughness are hard to beat. As a roofing sealant it will not crack under the strain of sunlight and is flexible enough to resist freezing and thawing cycles, or lose adhesion on masonry over time as will acetoxy cured silicones. As a windshield sealant it can add strength because of its toughness, (shear, tensile, tear propagation), and super adhesion. Polythioether sealants outperform urethane windshield sealants. Once cured, this sealant is extremely hard to remove. Same sealant as used on F-15's.

To use, a rod is inserted through the plunger handle to perforate an interior membrane seal and push Part B into Part A. The plunger handle is then pushed back and forth 30 times, mixing Parts A & B. The plunger handle is then unscrewed and the Sem tube is then inserted into the Sem or caulking gun, (not included), for dispensing. An applicator tip, (not included), can also be used for more precise applications. This applies similarly to caulking; it can be applied with a spatula but use of a gun made for this or use of a screw in nozzle is recommended. These are made to fit pneumatic or electric Sem guns but these are not required. Some use caulk guns instead of the Sem guns. The mix can also be easily pushed out into a stream as well as spread with a trowel or spatula.

Drys to a thin film that does not pick up dirt, so this is good as a first coat on bicycle chains, but it is best to relubricate every 100 miles or so; I have used this lube on one bike that is 20+ years old and it has remained rust free. DC 321 binder is much thinner than the Sandstrom #238 and appears to leave just a very thin MoS2 layer, rather than a thin MoS2 layer + epoxy. 5-10% polybutyl titanate, 7=> 13% Moly disulfide, 3=> 7% graphite. Good anti galling to 850 F.
