<description><![CDATA[i have a new cleary pole barn for sale all it needs is to have the roof replaced because they installed a roof with holes in it one door couldn't be installed because they had to move the end wall over about 6 in.s and i forgot to mention the reason there holes in my roof is because they had to come back out and pull all the trusses back so they would be straight thats when the holes appeared because the nail holes didn't line up any more. but the reason i'm selling this barn is because they put a lien on my property before the building was done. the price would have been cheaper if i waited till march to have them put it up but i was in a hurry to have it done in the 2 to 3 weeks they said it would take. so i gave them a deposit in october they said they would start the 1rst or 2nd week in november here it ia march and it's still not done i need to sell because they are moving  to foreclose on my property and also need abuot $2,000 to fix my yard where they put about 400 ft of ruts i can be reached at 219 707 2238 ask 4 bob if you need more info on cleary ask for brian if you want the shaft]]></description>
