I am looking to rent the room to a CONSIDERATE and MATURE person with a sense of humor and is friendly.

The bedroom is 12x8. It has 2 entrances, 1 to the common area kitchen/back door and the other to the hallway to the common washroom. If you need to use it, there is a dresser, stereo cabinet, and a twin bed.

If you want DSL, you will have to have it turned on. I use my computer like twice a month, so what is the point.
