Both of these cards work great and are PCI-E. The 8800gts requires at least a 400 watt power supply to be installed in your system. It also needs a 6 pin plug, but I'll include an adapter for that if you need.
The X850XT is a great card also, although not as powerful as the gts. It also requires a 6 pin power plug from your power supply. The X850XT is older, but will run current games fine on medium to high settings. $30.00 is a good price for the card, but if you pick it up and I don't have to meet you anywhere, it's yours for $20.00.
This card is more powerful than I need, and performed wonderful with even the newest titles, including Crysis. At 1680x1050 resolution, I was able to play Crysis with many of the settings on 'high'. With every other game, I played it at the same resolution with all settings on 'high' or 'very high'.
One thing that is really great about this card is, it allows you to overclock it to run even faster. I did not, as this card is more than adequate at stock. This is made possible, not only because of the great design of the g80 chipset, but also because of the great heatsink/fan that EVGA uses. In fact, many people have overclocked this card to perform nearly as well as the 8800 GTX! I am sad to part with this card, but I simply do not have time to play games anymore.

That means that you can write a letter with your "Word" or other Program;
store the document on your coputer's hard drive, and Fax it directly, without having to first print it and then insert the paper letter document back into the Fax Machine to send it!
