The Clinical Implementation Specialist will engage with new and existing accounts to establish credibility with provider, nursing and administrative key decision makers at health center sites to develop an implementation project plan and assist the sites in making key resource decisions necessary for HIT implementation. In this capacity, the Clinical Implementation Specialist will also provide thought leadership on the value of implementing and utilizing HIT as well as aide key leaders on strategies for thoughtful and successful HIT implementation.  <br>

The Clinical Implementation Specialist will provide leadership and expertise in the development of implementation and training materials to be used to support HIT implementation. This will include conducting focus groups, analyzing customer and end-user satisfaction data as well as reviewing organizational quality data.  The Clinical Implementation Specialist will work as part of an interdisciplinary team to create and deliver implementation products and services including end-user training materials, implementation support documents, and per-post HIT implementation surveys.<br>

The Clinical Implantation Specialist will also serve as a member of the support team aimed at providing level II support to implemented sites.  This will include covering the after hours and weekend support calls, attending weekly support meetings, and managing an up to date on-line ticket tracking system.<br>

RESPONSIBLE FOR:<br>

Customer Relations<br>
	Engage with new account and existing account sales opportunities to establish credibility with clinical staff/leaders and key decision makers at prospect sites to drive clinical strategy and demonstrate software solutions.<br>
	Provide thought leadership on the value of implementing and utilizing clinical software solutions, particularly as they relate to using HIT in CHCs. <br>
	Work in close partnership with the administrative/business team to provide input regarding product positioning in the CHC and safety net market <br>
	Provide leadership and expertise to research the customer's environment and determine the business fit of the hosted HIT solution and opportunities including interviewing clincial staff at customer sites and gaining an understanding of workflow, identifying opportunities for improvement, and establishing business fit. <br>
	Work as part of an interdisciplinary team to create and deliver product demonstrations to new prospects and existing customers. During this process, the Clinical Implementation Specialist will create personalized demonstrations based on knowledge gained about the customer, demonstrating how Centricity CPS can improve the customer's business <br>
	Accompany prospects on site visits to existing customer sites to help the prospect understand the benefits and use of Centricity CPS and Alliance membership at that customer site. <br>
	Represent the Alliance of Chicago in the larger HIT community, including speaking engagements, national healthcare initiatives and conferences. <br>
Training/HIT Development<br>
	Supports the development of, organization/coordination, implementation, evaluation, and continuous monitoring and maintenance of training materials for HIT implementation for all levels of community health center/staff, including Super Users at each site and Alliance staff. <br>
	Develops training curricula and training design for select courses/services for community health centers<br>

Local office of a nationwide direct-mail and Internet media company in Northfield is looking for a General Manager with an emphasis placed on Sales and Marketing to provide support to the Owner & President.  Great opportunities to build a well rounded skill set and grow with an interesting media company. This job can be part-time or full-time depending on the candidate.<br>

Duties include sales and business development support, Internet marketing and general marketing plan execution as well as clerical, data entry, light accounting and project based work. The General Manager projects a professional company image through telephone, writing and electronic mail communications.<br>
<br>
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES<br>
1. Perform various administrative and organization functions<br>
2. Develop procedures for E-Marketing/Internet marketing services for clients  and prospects.<br>
3. Perform various customer service functions<br>
4. Contact and conduct initial follow-ups on sales prospects<br>
5. Coordinate with our sales staff to facilitate marketing functions (i.e. media kits, thank you letters, email marketing newsletters, etc.)<br>
6. Provide status reports to management on overall sales, marketing and accounting activities<br>
7. Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint.<br>
8. Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: faxing, scanning,<br>
mailing, and filing.<br>
9. Maintain hard copy and electronic filing systems.<br>
11. Preparation of sales proposals from information gathered in fact finding<br>
11. Perform Invoicing for customers, prepare checks for vendors, perform simple collection reminder calls.<br>
12. In addition to these typical duties, may perform other duties as assigned and required.<br>

MINIMUM ABILITY, SKILL AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS:<br>
	 Must have strong organizational skills and pay close attention to detail<br>
	Interest in Direct mail, Internet media, publishing, sales and marketing.<br>
	 Ability to write letters, business correspondence, and newsletters.<br>
	Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from clients and prospects.<br>
	Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) & General Internet navigation required<br>
	Knowledge & Experience with Quickbooks and Salesforce.com preferred but not required.<br>

-Maintains building filing systems at each location.<br>

-Assists in preparation and delivery of various written and oral communication with tenants for both properties.<br>

-Assists with the implementation of an electronic, web-based work order system to be used for both properties' service requests.  Requires setting up and coordinating multiple tenant databases.<br>

-Maintains multiple databases detailing all service requests, including lighting maintenance database, showing time received and time service request was completed, using electronic work order system, if available.  Processes billable tenant work requests.<br>

-Receives all incoming packages to the company and routes them appropriately.<br>

-Maintains all vendor and tenant contact lists and distributes accordingly for both locations.<br>
<br>
-Coordinates after-hours work at the building with appropriate property personnel.  Records receipt and accuracy of certificate of insurance (COI) for all vendors and tenants.  Tracks COIs via insurance database for both sites.<br>
<br>
-Assists with accounts payable processing at multiple locations including, preparing standing purchase orders, maintaining credit applications for new vendors, completing new vendor forms, and processing invoices through electronic payables system.  Aids property manager with preparation of monthly accruals.<br>

-Prepares tenant monthly statements and handles tenant account inquiries at each location.  Reviews and monitors accounts receivables.<br>
<br>
-Assists with monthly/quarterly janitorial inspections with vendor representatives and reports findings to building manager as requested.  Coordinates all janitorial comments and requests with the night janitorial supervisor.<br>
<br>
-Completes tenant move/in and move/out forms and procedures as appropriate.<br>
<br>
-Assists with annual asset management plan, including development of administrative budget and input of budget data into accounting software.  Assists with preparation of multiple budgets.<br>

-Assists with preparation of monthly operating report at each site.<br>

MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:<br>
<br>
High School equivalent required.  Some college, Associates or Bachelors Degree, required.  Experience in real estate accounting and/or property management preferred.  Ability to multi-task and strong organizational skills are required.<br>

REQUIRED LICENSES, CERTIFICATES OR KNOWLEDGE:<br>
