Job Summary:
The Retail Store Manager oversees the store location operation. The store manager is responsible for consistently ensuring that the store staff is providing the highest level of service and upholding short and long term objectives of the company. 5. Train, and develop staff by following training guidelines.

7. Conduct performance reviews at three month point and annually thereafter. Evaluate pay rates at review time and increase rates as necessary and based on performance and with approval from Retail Operations Manager. Ensure promotions or demotions are conducted fairly and based on performance.
8. Oversee staff scheduling to ensure proper store coverage for all shifts. Ensure staff takes required legal breaks.
9. Manage store sales by setting daily goals, analyzing monthly plans, and managing labor hours.
10. Ensure compliance with all audit policies by accounting for merchandise sales through accurate recording of customer service transactions and perpetual counts.
11. Maintain all store mechanical systems and report any malfunctions to the appropriate person for repair.

13. Assume responsibility for store opening and closing procedures including: counting register and safe funds, completing accurate band deposits, opening/closing registers and securing all store assets.
14. Monitor and adjust payroll timekeeping system as necessary. Review staff hours to ensure accuracy and ensure overtime is kept to a minimum every Monday and throughout the week as necessary. Implement discipline procedures for employees inaccurate punching.
15. Execute all merchandising guidelines. Ensure timely and accurate execution of promotions.
16. Maintain a clean, professional working environment in accordance with Paul Frank merchandising guidelines.
17. Manage the required annual physical inventories by scheduling and overseeing the inventory process in your store.
18. Follow all policies specific to inventory control; paperwork flow, over/short logs, markdowns, RA�s, credits, reorders, timeliness of reporting, receipt and cost of goods, merchandise transfers, and all related inventory matters.
19. Instill in sales staff the meaning and importance of customer service. Empower the staff to appropriately �use their best judgment� in all customer service matters in a way to benefit the customer and ensure satisfaction.
20. Be personally available to all customers to communicate and identify their needs and address their questions and concerns.
21. Ensure sales floor is adequately zones, and that all associates are being productive.
22. Protect company assets through promoting awareness of Loss Prevention.
23. Maintain acceptable inventory shrinkage. .5% or less of sales per month is the maximum allowed shrinkage. Conduct monthly cycle counts.
24. Maintain store security systems, including store security cameras, inventory control tags, burglar alarms and cash handling procedures.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Reports To:
� District Manager

Basic Function:
A Randa Accessories Seller is responsible for presenting Randa product to all customers, demonstrating product knowledge and quality features to close sales and maximize business, pursuing optimal real estate and maintaining inventory during selling shifts.

Job Requirements
� Part time up to 30 hours weekly
� Availability to work weekends as per Customer requirements
� Computer & Internet Access - PC Compatible - Obtains in store instructions via website and reports via web reporting system
� Reliable Transportation (mileage over 20/day expensed)
� Digital Camera
� Merchandising and Sales experience is preferred

Principle Responsibilities
� Responsible for the in-store sales of company products in a retail department store environment
� Sell and provide superior customer service
� Consistent achievement of sales and productivity goals
� In-store Merchandising
 Secures the best real estate for all products
 Replenishes stock and merchandise by client specifications
 Enhance Store Presentations/Plan-o-grams
� Submit Market Intelligence weekly to District Manager
 Competition & Randa sales and placement
 Customer�s needs
 Visual/fixture presentation
 Trend analysis
 Voids in assortments/stock needs
 Digital photos
� Obtains and follows in-store instructions from website/District Manager
� Reports work on time via web reporting system
� Communicates effectively and frequently with District Manger via phone and e-mail
� Utilizes �By Door� Selling to effectively measure business by brand and store level
� Develops strong relationships with in-store personnel and management
� Educates in-store personnel and staff about Randa products (seminars � formal / informal)
� Sells Randa products to customers while in store
� Builds positive relationships with all members of the Randa organization
� Independently implements out of the box strategies to effect business
� Manages area as a small business and demonstrates ownership, accountability, and initiative through sharing ideas with fellow associates, District Manager and Randa sales
� Manages effectively in-store hours, administrative time and drive time
� Demonstrates ethical behavior
� Follows retailers� dress codes and dresses professionally

Physical Requirements
� Must be able to remain in a stationary position 90% - 100% of the time
� Must be able to frequently prepare merchandise to be displayed
� Must be able to frequently traverse distances up to 100 yards to access merchandise in stock rooms
� Must be able to frequently move merchandise to and from stock rooms weighing up to 50 lbs.
� Must be able to frequently position self to place stacks of clothing weighing at least 25 lbs to and from floor, cart, table or shelving.
� Must be able to frequently ascend/descend stairs/ladders
� Must be able to frequently move carts weighing up to 300lbs.
