Northwestern College is currently seeking a part-time Student Account Representative for our Bridgeview campus.
The Student Account Representative will be responsible for the following:
• The timely collection of tuition.
• Setting up and monitoring payment plans with students.
• Complying with College and governmental policies.
Requirements:
• Associate degree preferred.
• A minimum of one to three years’ experience in collections or education.
• Solid customer service, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Some knowledge of Financial Aid.
