This 8 X 10 inch stretched canvas is in excellent condition. The frame size is 12 1/2 X 14 1/2 inches and is in good condition; it has two small bruises which could be sanded out or just ignored.

There is a certificate on the back from Beech Street Art Co. that states on 3/27/91 was certified (A-6465) to be an original oil painting and had an appraised value of $120.00

I don't know what the actual title is, but it seems represent HOME SWEET HOME Welcome sign. We are located near Volmer Road & Dixie Highway.

This wonderful 12 X 16 inch stretched canvas is in EXCELLENT CONDITION. The frame 20 X 24 inch does have slight nitches in it, which can probably be worked out. On the backside, it has a certificate from Artistic Interiors Inc that it is a Certified Original Oil #129611. The picture is by one of the famous artist of this era, H. Hargrove, who still paints and whose work has often been compared by others to that of Norman Rockwell. I am not a dealer, but a senior collector who is in the midst of sizing down because my wife and I will be moving soon to a smaller apartment. Please take a look at my other listings. This older Signed serigraph has a canvas of 20 X 24 inches with a frame size of 24 x 28 inches. The frame and picture are in excellent condition. The picture shows them trying to move a cow off the tracks...possibly problems they experienced long ago with locamotives. It has a certificate from Artistic Impressions Inc stating it is Oil Certified # 368114. Awhile ago, I was in the process of evaluating various art pieces for insurance purposes and I spoke to someone at the Hargrove Store and was told it had an approximate value of $295.00. This signed serigraph by H. Hargrove is superb and, in my opinion and others, have compared his Americana art work to those of Norman Rockwell.

The dimensions for the kiln are height on stand 35 1/2 " and outside octegon is 22 1/2 x 22 1/2 the inside is 17 1/2 by 17 1/2 and the inside depth is 22".
