Job Description<br>

Summary	<br>
<br>
Work with Senior Operations personnel to develop all service provider and subcontractor relationships necessary for company operations throughout the United States.  Establish selection practices and procedures.  Manage ongoing assessment of all service providers.  Negotiate pricing relative to the specific geographical market.  Act as a liaison with management, sales and operations to deliver proper specifications, quotations, contract terms and cost margins. <br>

Responsibilities <br>

	Research and evaluate subcontractors based on price, quality, service, support, availability, reliability and the service providers  reputation and history.  <br>
	Interview service providers and visit them occasionally to examine and learn about products, services and prices.<br>
	Assess and build annual sourcing initiatives that provide detailed service commodity strategies that identify objectives, leverage spending initiatives and result in exceptional time lines.<br>
	Ensure continuity of service providers, implement consistent methodologies and tools to deliver improved service quality and continuously optimize costs.<br>
	Will be responsible for proactively identifying underlying business trends that impact supply, defining alternate actions and implementing solutions.<br>
	Will be responsible for monitoring and managing vendor performance with Senior Operations personnel, working across operation divisions to identify process and service improvement opportunities, reducing internal service costs and reducing costs to customers. <br>
	Negotiate yearly unit costing with key subcontractors in conjunction with Director of National Operations. <br>
	Analyze price proposals, cost reports and other data to determine the reasonability of price and contractor capabilities.<br>
	Solicit and negotiate bids, maintaining a working technical knowledge of the services to be purchased.<br>
	Review market, price, delivery conditions and trends to determine present and future negotiation tactics.<br>
	Deal with service providers when serious variations arise in delivery, quality, price or conditions of service provided in relation to the quoting process.   <br>
	Check price histories on a regular basis to provide information on price variances.<br>
	Communicate with staff, users and service providers to discuss defective or unacceptable services and determine corrective action. <br>
	Support Site Engineers and estimators in preparations of estimates by contacting service providers for budgetary pricing for labor, equipment and materials.<br>
	Partner with the client and Rose Paving management to drive both immediate and sustained benefits to the client.<br>
	Attend meetings, tradeshows, conferences, conventions and seminars to network with people in other purchasing departments.<br>
	Comply with safety and corporate guidelines on business ethics.<br>
	Follow environmental and safety regulations and acts in compliance with US laws<br>
	Continually analyze and evaluate service provider offerings to ensure that the best quality products are purchased in a timely manner and at competitive prices.<br>
	Conduct Preferred Supplier (Alliance Member) performance reviews and meetings, manage supplier scorecards, contract compliance and service obligations in partnership with the Senior Operations Team.<br>
	Perform work with a constant awareness of improving processes necessary for positive growth.<br>
	Ensure that accurate and concise departmental records are maintained.<br>
	Proactively manage internal and external customer expectations.<br>
	Develop innovative ideas and incorporate them effectively into work processes.<br>

Requirements:<br>
<br>
	Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or a related field.  <br>
	4-6 years of experience in strategic sourcing for services.<br>
	Construction background preferred<br>
	Contract and vendor performance management expertise.<br>
	Excellent negotiating skills.<br>
	Strong organizational skills.<br>
	Strong analytical skills.<br>
	Must have strong math skills, including geometry.<br>
	Ability to communicate with all levels of management.<br>
	Ability to communicate with vendors, technical resources and customers.<br>
	Ability to promote harmonious working relationships with Company staff and outside business representatives.<br>
	Must be able to work in a schedule driven environment.  Timing is a critical function.<br>

Directs and controls the servicing of customers at rental counters in arranging for the rental of vehicles after checking driver's license and other documents, the selling of incremental products and responding to customer's inquires and/or complaints.<br>
Plans, directs and controls the preparation of returned vehicles for the next rental, and inspects vehicles on the ready line to ensure compliance with established quality assurance standards.<br>
Ensures all missing vehicles are reported to Security on a timely basis by examining rentals, calling customers, and checking inventories at other area locations.<br>
Maintains the rental facility and equipment, and monitors all conditions and occurrences in and around the facility during the shift ensuring employee and customer safety, reporting any adverse or dangerous conditions.<br>
Organizes the duties carried on at the counter and monitors the employee performance.<br>
Responsible for the development of new employees and the on-going performance assessment of current employees.<br>
Recommends appropriate corrective action where necessary.<br>
Ensures all Quality Assurance standards are maintained<br>
Monitors work flow and responds to lapses in productivity by initiating corrective action. <br>
Reviews work being performed in the area to ensure complete, timely, and consistent results, and evaluates the performance of subordinates in formal reviews.<br>
Schedules overtime hours and reviews time cards for accuracy; records lateness and absences; schedules vacations and personal days off; prepares overtime report.<br>

Qualifications:<br>

Summary	<br>

Responsible for sales support at a national level, which includes field estimates, submitting proposals for repairs, preparing schedule of repairs, and developing and maintaining client relationships by performing the following duties:<br>

Responsibilities <br>
	Assist with closing deals on submitted estimates, achieving annual sales goals set forth by management.<br>
	Perform field measurements to determine necessary scope of work for repairs.<br>
	Travel for regular and prospective customers to solicit orders.<br>
	Respond in an appropriate time frame to our customers questions.  <br>
	Enter customer sales data into existing systems.<br>
	Investigate and resolve customer problems.<br>
	Attend trade shows and represent Rose Paving at trade association meetings to promote our services.<br>
	Serve as an advisor to our clients.<br>
	Meet directly with clients and build a professional relationship.<br>
	Act as a liaison between sales department and operations department.<br>
	Prepare periodic sales reports showing sales volume, potential sales and areas of proposed client base expansion.<br>
	Communicate current repair schedule (services) of accepted contracts to corporate customer contacts.<br>
