As a PlatinumTel Customer Service Representative, your role is to answer calls efficiently and guide customers through their concerns. This Customer Service Representative must be patient, friendly, and organized. Training provided but experience is preferred. This fast paced position is a vital piece of the company.
Qualifications:
Basic Computer skills are required, with the ability to learn site software application
Telephone experience and sales preferred, with the ability to handle customer complaints
Outgoing, friendly, and professional presence
Must be able to work independently, and assist in improving procedures
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Must be willing and physically capable of light lifting, and minor cleaning
High School or GED
Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic required
Must type at least 35 wpm
