Busy Urology & OB/Gyne office looking for a full time Bilingual Medical Assistant/Receptionist. Must have knowledge of Medical terminology. Great benefits and pay depending on experience.
Key responsibilities include: Measuring and recording vitals, obtain patient histories, rooming patients, preparing patients for exams and routine testing, assist the physician with exams and minor office procedures, collects lab specimens, change dressings, applies bandages and other first aid procedures, injections, sends normal test results via mail to patients, orders supplies, stocks rooms, disposes of biohazardous wastes according to OSHA standards, assists with phones, scheduling, referrals as needed.
