This position requires a Licensed Physical Therapist with a minimum of 5 years clinical experience who is looking to work 15 – 20 hours, 3 days a week (Mon, Tues and Thurs).
Hours are flexible, however a consistent schedule is required to maintain continuity of patient care.
Monday & Wednesday: 10:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Thursday & Thursday: 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

REQUIREMENTS:
High School graduate with a drive to succeed in health care and a genuine interest in working closely with patients and therapists to provide the highest level of customer service and support. Excellent interpersonal communication skills and professional appearance is required.
-Oversee and be completely responsible for the overall clinical and financial functioning of a skilled nursing facility.
-Direct supervision of all department heads within the facility.

Requirements:
-Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in the state of Illinois.
-At least 3-5 years experience as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator of a skilled nursing facility.
The Director of Nursing will be responsible for:
-Recruitment and development of nursing staff
-Ensure that all nursing personnel follow policies and procedures
-Planning, directing, coordinating and evaluating nursing care services
-Ensuring that the facility is in strict compliance with all state and federal guidelines, which includes playing an active role in the preparation for all state surveys, and taking all necessary steps to create a plan of correction.

This position is responsible for assisting patients in completion of application processes for governmental medical assistance programs in a hospital setting. The Patient Advocate serves as a liaison to other team members, hospital and governmental agency staff to facilitate eligibility processes. This individual is an advocate for both patients and hospital clients by working to ensure that patients are covered appropriately and hospitals receive the reimbursement to which they are entitled.
Tasks include:
*Screening patients to identify potentially eligible candidates
*Securing information necessary to determine if patient meets criteria
*Completing and forwarding all necessary forms and electronic documents
*Updating all systems as appropriate
*Performing aggressive follow up
*Monitoring status of all candidates while communicating effectively with multiple constituencies including patients and families, governmental agency caseworkers, hospital clinical and business office staff.
Skills / Requirements
1. Prefer 3-5 years of related experience
2. Experience in hospital business offices and/or claims adjusting
3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability understand
users, questions and effectively disseminate technical information is essential.
4. Excellent customer service skills
5. Computer data entry or word processing skills and ability to operate routine office
equipment are required.
6. Working knowledge of computer programs, i.e., Microsoft Excel, Outlook, etc.
7. Must be able to type at least 30 wpm
Bachelors degree desirable.

Positions available for office work, clinic office hours, surgicenter and endoscopy assisting. Part-time and full time positions.
Nursing candidates must have license in Illinois. Working with a team of nurses in care of office med-surg patients. Responsibilities include care of outpatients in the offices and clinics as well as surgicenter patients in the endoscopy unit. Admitting and discharging patients after procedures. Returning calls to patients, pharmacy calls, helping MA’s and CNA’s with simple questions.
Candidates for clinical positions should have experience with patient care. Attention to detail, documentation and ability to serve a diverse patient base in both primary care and surgical specialties.
Office work candidates should have some experience working in an office. Appointment calls, reschedule calls, registration and discharge of patients, simple insurance questions. Training will be provided.
Some office and clinical positions have potential for career advancement towards more management of junior staff.
No prior training required for endoscopy assisting and working in surgicenter recover. Must be responsible with the cleaning and sterilizing of video electrical and medical equipment. Also will include training in technical assisting to the surgeon.
CRNA candidates must be licensed in Illinois, part and full-time hours available. Surgicenter is open 8:30 am to 5 pm Monday thru Friday, Saturday 9 am to 2 pm
Office managers do not run payroll, but they must ensure that all new hire paperwork is complete. Managers must also monitor and regulate employees' attendance and time off.
