So that would have to be ok . I would like to stay in this area of chicago ridge for my children are already established in schools here. Reserved unopinionated quiet balcony smoker type male seeks quiet mostly normal lifestyle as a room renter fairly near the train station in Joliet or along the Rock Island Line.  Semi-retirement atmosphere and noise level sought.  I am 48.  We can help each other out.  Maybe 2 mile radius or on the bus line.  I like clean, mature, quiet, normal.  Clean is not a subjective term.  Clean is clean like Websters says it is.   If you ever listen to your stereo outside of headphones, absolutely do not call me.  If you can hear other stereos in your apartment, I'm sorry that you have a bad landlord, but please do not contact me.   Rent paid weekly for first few months until trust develops.  Anyone else moves in more than one night in a week, I am absolved of one third of my rent that week.  Three nights or more, it's half.  Once I live with you, it's not only your apartment any more.  You do not call the shots as you see fit.  You respect me as an equal.  You must own and conduct a receipt book.  You will not be given money without a formal receipt book.  Total access without restraints on quiet comings or goings for either party.  I can not be around drama relationships.  Mature, respectable, normal is a must.  Continuing progress for all - in hard economic times - is the plan.  Gay or Bi Male is O.K or preferred and that is a private statement so you may not want to tell others you found me by this site.  Obviously I will not condone any bigotry.  There should be no or very very little drugs.  Alcohol is seemingly a fact of life...if we both get giddy and friendly that's, well, fun and can lead to positive things.  You've just gotta be your basic nice-enough friend type guy or gal.  Room must be securable by lock.  Half-way houses -please- no calls.  Sober living people, please no calls.  I don't come and go by other's rules.  No stereos, again, dang-it. I'll be asking you to see current rent and utilities receipts every month, on payment, but let's have some fun in life and support each other's aspirations.  Team-work.
