Lil’ Sprout’s founder bio:
I graduated in 2005 from Elmhurst College with a BA in Early Childhood Education with a concentration in Special Needs and an Endorsement in Literacy. My love for children and my passion for teaching began at a very young age and has since become not only a career but a purpose.
After beginning a family of my own I reluctantly put my own child in “day care.” And though it was a safe environment I found it to be corporate and lacking the love and nurturing a child needs to truly grow and develop. I set out to create a nurturing, fun, and education rich environment where every child can thrive.
