Qualifications (Required)
Minimum three years experience in graphic design
Bachelors degree in graphic design, related field or equivalent experience

B.R.Zoom-X, an exciting young marketing agency, is seeking a full time Field Marketing Representative (FMR) to help reconnect Old Style Beer to the people in your neighborhood, just like you.
The winning candidate will be a long-time resident of the neighborhood and know the local scene like the back of his/her hand. He/she will have an established social network, a deep connection to Old Style Beer and a strong desire and ability to make it a relevant and important part of the community.
Responsibilities:
The B.R.Zoom-X FMR owns his/her market. As the market owner, the FMR is responsible and ultimately accountable for:
Being the voice and person behind Old Style to consumers in the South Side section of Chicago. To become The Old Style Guy/Girl
Exuding real enthusiasm for the Old Style brand and a passion to help the brand become a fixture within his/her community
Identifying and executing appropriate event and sponsorship opportunities
Owning a part of the Old Style blog. Post pictures and videos of events. Maintain a calendar of events. Make it yours, make it an extension of Old Style
Networking and maintaining relationships with key market influencers
Leading quality execution of brand marketing programs
Strengthening and growing their market by gaining on-premise distribution in partnership with the brand team, sales team and distributor
The communication process with the client, management and other relevant parties
Responsible management of a local marketing budget
Maintaining proper inventory levels of event materials such as product, signage and supplies
Establishing himself/herself as a trusted strategic business partner to the Old Style brand
Qualifications:
Marketing, promotion, event management and/or sales merchandising experience (preferred)
Lived in the South Side of Chicago for at least five years
Demonstrates a unique enthusiasm for the events and activities that are uniquely relevant to the community he/she represents
