Graphicsland.com is a “dot-com” where business is booming.  We're an internet printing company with innovative online-design technologies. We’re looking for a customer service specialist at our Tinley Park location. You’ll interface with customers about their designs, and you’ll learn to inspect, trim and ship orders. A four year degree (business or graphic design preferred) and exceptional communication skills are required. This is a full-time position with benefits. You should have excellent computer skills and a working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications. Familiarity with graphics applications such as Illustrator and Photoshop is a plus.

• Attitude - Customer Service Personality
• Bachelors degree (prefer business or graphic design)
• Problem solving, judgment, decision making
• Knowledge of current events
• Excellent computer skills (not limited to graphic arts)
• Good memory recall
• Good math skills
• Assertiveness
• Emotional maturity
• Flexible - able to assume various roles
• Able to develop and maintain a rapport
• Intelligent (top 25 percentile on a basic intelligence test)
• Able to understand and support Graphicsland mission, vision and values

• Customer service experience
• Supervisory experience
• Marketing skills
