Serve as initial point of contact for the HTRL. Assist in obtaining visitor passes for Department of Microbiology/GLRCE guests. Interface with Argonne National Laboratory organizations, as necessary, to implement security procedures. Assess and manage the equipment needs; identify and forecast areas needing improvement and initiate solutions; provide front-line support (the "go to" person), serve the various needs of many individuals and ensure the overall operational functions of the administrative office run smoothly. Provide administrative support to the Director of the HTRL and the Associate Dean for Biosafety.<br>

Qualifications: <br>

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for general administration of the real estate sales office. In addition to supporting the Branch Manager and assisting the agents, the Administrative Assistant takes a lead role in coordination all of the activities involved in advertising, listing, sales and closings of properties. The Administrative Assistant handles expenses, disbursements, reporting and oversees the activities of other clerical staff as a working supervisor to enable operational effectiveness at the real estate sales office.<br>

We are a leading national real estate and financial advisory firm, based in the Chicagoland area, seeking clerical and business administrative assistance.  The job position will require you being present at our Orland Park based office (anywhere from one to five days per week).  Additional work when not needed in the office can be completed independently from your own home office.   Time spent in the office pays $10.00 per hour, time outside of office is negotiable on a as needed basis.  Please keep in mind, though, that a proven track record of hard work in due time will lead to potential growth from within our company.  Responsibilities include support in business development and projects. Experince in database managment, web design/maintenance, marketing, Powerpoint presentations and creative software is required.  College degree or college experience is preferred as is having real estate experience, but is not necessary as long as you have the energy and skill set you need to get the job done in a timely manner.   <br>
