Looking for a roommate to rent 1 bedroom in my home.

Rent is $500 a month and this INCLUDES all basic utilities (Water, Gas, Electric, Internet, and Cable). I will also require a $500 security deposit.
This room is available to rent immediately.

The house has 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, a very large living room and dining room area, and a full but unfinished basement. There is a long driveway also, so there is ample room for parking. The house is almost exactly 1 mile from the metra station in Homewood.

You will have your choice of 2 bedrooms, one is a 10' x 10' and the other is a 11' x 12' room.
I have lived in the house for 3 years, so the whole house is furnished with nice furniture (couchs are just over 1 year old). I also have all of the essentials for the kitchen as well.
The only exception is the room that you will rent. You will have to provide all of furniture for your room. I may have some end tables and such stored in the basement, but I do not have a spare bed or futon.

About me. I am a male 26 year old professional who is a part owner of a small business in New Lenox, so needless to say I live at my office during the week. I am a huge sports fan and animal lover. I am in a long term relationship with my girlfriend of over 4 years. She is a grad student at Purdue (Lafayette), so I frequently visit her on the weekends. She does come and visit about once a month for a weekend and will stay for some extended periods of time during her winter and summer breaks. I have 2 dogs (a puggle and a shar-pei/beagle mix), and 1 cat. All of the animals are very friendly, and I have a large fenced in back yard for the dogs to run around in to let out their energy.

I would prefer a roommate who is around the same age as me (21 - 31 years old) and who is either working or going to school full time. He/She needs to like animals and be very respectful of our shared living space. I try to keep the house fairly clean, and I would expect my roommate to pick up after themselves. I do expect the roommate to contribute with routine chores such as cleaning the kitchen, living room, or bathroom. I am ok with guests visiting the house as long as they are also respectful of our shared living space. I am not willing to accept a roommate with pets. Since I already have 3 pets, there is potential for too many issues.
