She will be living in Palos Heights and would like her daughter to start at the school that she will attend. I'm looking for a temperary SAFE/CLEAN living area for she and her kids. In a perfect world I'm imagining a basement with bedroom that's not being used in the home of a retired couple...

They spend weekends with her parents about an hour away, so this would be a (temperary... couple of months) during the week situation. I put 500 dollars up there, but if we found a good fit, I believe it could be a little more.

The kids are fantastic, she is the cleanest person I've ever met, no pets or smoking or alcohol or drugs, they won't spend a ton of time in the home, they just need to establish some residency and get out of living situation they're in... she cooks too! (I should mention the current living situation is uncomfortable, in no way shape or form is it unsafe).
