I am seeking hard working self motivated sales representatives to be a part of my State Farm Agency team. The opportunities this position offer are limitless. I have been with State Farm for 5 years. From 2007-2009 I worked as a team member in an agent’s office doing exactly what I am hiring for today. I am seeking individuals who could one day see themselves having their own State Farm office. Although I do not believe there to be a better opportunity out there my open positions are unique and do not fit the profile of what most individuals look for in employment.

Below are some of the things that have often been deal breakers for many individuals.
There are no benefits.
Hours do include nights and weekends.
I have not met anyone who has been successful in this career working only 40 hours a week.
This is not a clock in clock out and get paid opportunity, rather you are held accountable for your production and paid accordingly.
To meet your goals you will have to knock on doors and do telephone solicitation.
