Description: Primary function is to sell policies of insurance and represent the Agency to the public. They should create new customers and enhance the customer relationships already in place. They need to have the self-starting drive and ambition to try and exceed their goals on all levels while having superior customer service abilities to keep clients returning and recommending the Agency.

Responsibilities for all Agents:

- Sell policies of insurance to exceed production goals.
- Quote/prospect insurance applications for clients.
- Process renewals
- Process new & rewrite business applications

Education & Experience Requirements:

- Prior Sales experience preferred
- Demonstrative knowledge of the insurance industry.
- Solid written and oral communication skills.
- High school degree or its equivalency.
- Insurance license required in the lines to be sold (Property & Casualty, Life & Health, etc.
