Looking for a respectful roommate who needs a temporary room for a month to month stay.  Room is currently available for 1-2 months with a possibility of a longer stay.  I am a 26 year old female who is possibly going to be a grad student this fall.  I am looking for an adult roommate who is responsible with bills.  It is also very important that you are able to keep the communal space clean and are willing to keep up with weekly chores.  (there are three communal rooms in the apartment, so you would be responsible for cleaning one room per week and this schedule would rotate amongst the three roommates).  Male or female does not matter, neither does sexual orientation,---my biggest request and requirement is that you are an adult and can take care of your own-------I just came out of a situation where I had to be the mama and had to beg my roommates to clean up after themselves, so I don’t want to be anyone’s mama anymore!!!   I also prefer someone that is around my age b/c I don’t want to deal with stale beer bottles and disrespectful drunkenness at 4am—b/c I’m so past those days.  <br>

*Can fit up to a queen size bed and still have room to fit a computer desk/dresser and be able to  have some walking space.<br>
