I'm seeking a Junior Techie Road Warrior MCSE (preferred) for an Install/Tech support position for a great healthcare company providing in-house systems. If you want to be part of a “mission” and not just work another job, this could be for you – this product saves lives!

*Based out of your home office near an international airport ideally, TRAVEL UP TO 85%, approximately 80% of which may be driving in your territory, and occasional national travel.

The ideal candidate will have/be/bring:
*MCSE with TRAVEL experience – plane, road, etc.
* A keen ability to interact with people on a professional level. The majority of interaction will include interfacing with clinicians, physicians and IT/Bio-Med personnel.
*Key liaison for our clients and client focus is of the utmost importance.
~The ability to resolve client’s issues professionally and efficiently is critical. Candidate must be flexible and adapt easily to client’s needs.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Support/back up Senior Territory Service Rep in below activities:
• Install patient monitoring system in your territory and as needed, nationally
• Provide technical support to clients, including installations and upgrades
• Provide hardware technical support in-house
• Conduct conference calls with IT/IS on future installations/integrations
• Perform preventative maintenance on systems
• Assist technical department with documentation (strong Visio required)
Qualifications:
*Bachelors Degree in a technical discipline is ideal, AS/AA considered
*MCSE STRONGLY preferred
Previous field experience
1+ year ideal, in the medical / healthcare industry-ideal, (but solid non-health ok.) New grads considered
Excellent communications skills, both verbal, written and documentation skills
Excellent client relation skills, experience working with end-users
Must possess knowledge of Active Directory (users & computer management), Remote Access (VPN, Dial-Up & RAS), PCP/IP (DNS & WINS), LAN/WAN, troubleshooting NT / 2000 / Win 2003 / XP / 98 / 95 / DOS, Microsoft skills, SQL, etc.
