Hospice Volunteers Needed (Chicago Heights, IL)

Be a Good Neighbor!
Volunteering with Harbor Light Hospice is really just like being a good neighbor. If one of your neighbors became ill you would go visit for a while just every so often. You might just sit and talk, watch a favrorite TV program, or play cards. You might discuss current events or past family history.
Well, that is what volunteering with Harbor Light Hospcie is like. The new friend might be living in their home, or in an extended living care facility very close to where you live.
Visiting hospice patients is not depressing-volunteers find visits the most uplifting and gratifying experiences they have! You just have to see the smiles on their faces.
Hospice is looking for adults 18 and over to be thorougly trained to visit Harbor Light Hospice patients near your neighborhood!
Call Linda @ 630-942-0100; Coordinator of Volunteers-Harbor Light Hospice
I will come to your area to train and supervise your hospice volunteer experience.
