*Demonstrate a basic knowledge and understanding of the Apropos product.
*Work with developers to gather input for all assigned documents
*Update and maintain, with guidance, customer technical documentation in a professional and effective manner, focusing on style and standards as well as content
*Follow established Technical Publications processes and procedures for Product Documentation
*Know and follow the defined development and writing standards
*Demonstrate effective time management skills, meeting scheduled deadlines
*Demonstrate a full working knowledge and understanding of the tools used within Technical Publications - Word, Visio, Excel, PaintShop Pro, PhotoShop, Acrobat, RoboHelp, TeamTrack

Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in English, Communication Technology, Computer Science or related field. 1-2 years of relevant work experience is required. In addition, this person must possess excellent writing and organizational skills. Working knowledge of MS office suites is a must and RoboHelp is preferred.

In addition, this person will utilize multiple input sources to gain insight into the customer needs and develops concise and professional documentation. Candidates must be able to articulate thoughts and ideas in a clear and organized manner.
