I'm looking to sublet as soon as possible or by Jan 1st. I've decided to take advantage of the buyers market and buy a condo. So I would be looking for someone to take over my lease through the end of May 2010, most likely the option to renew the lease.

About the apartment. It is a 2bd 1bath, laundry in basement ($1.00 to wash and $.75 to dry, cheapest laundry i've ever found). I've not had problems with the laundry being occupied all the time. Dishwasher. Spacious living room and kitchen. Bathroom is a decent size with linen closet. There is a back porch area. Plenty of room for a table and chairs also gas grill. Charcoal grills must be down on the concrete.

Apartment is on the second floor. My bedroom holds a queen size bed, dresser and bookshelf. Closet is very generous in size. I have most of my things in my closet. We have high ceilings so you can stack things pretty high in the closet. The kitchen has room for a table and chairs and also a microwave cart or kitchen shelving.

The building is a Two flat but there are 5 apartments. The garden front and two on the first floor, front and rear. Two on the second floor, front and rear. This apt is the rear on the second floor.

Parking is available. I pay only $60/month which i've never heard of it so cheap before. No garage but your own spot.

Utilities, the cable, internet, gas and electric ran $165 total, so roughly about $83/month each. Utilities are cheaper in the summer about by 10 or 20 dollars.

My roommate is pretty laid back. She loves concerts and music.

Not sure what else i'm forgetting here. I don't have any photos with me but if you email me i'll email you some later tonight or tomorrow morning.
