All kinds of shopping and transportation are steps away as well as public tennis courts behind our building and the Museum of Contemporary Art. Any bus you could ever need is 1.5 blocks from our doorstep on Mich. Ave. The redline is about 4 blocks away on Chicago and hailing a cab has never been easier because we are essentially across the street from the Hancock.

Did I mention the rooftop patio?? Feel free to bring your lawn chair up for sunbathing or have a few friends over for a summer party. It's open to all tenants of the building and has mostly unobstructed views.

There is no central air but I'd be willing to sell the unit that is currently in use in the larger of the 2 bedrooms for $35, it also has a remote. The smaller room stays fairly cool as there is no direct sunlight from the window. Cable, internet and electricity are also your responsibility. Electic is usually about $24 a month total.

This really is a steal for the summer, so act fast as we'd like to show it this weekend and find tenants no later than Sunday night if possible. Also there is ZERO DEPOSIT REQUIRED, but there will be a $200 move-in fee as well as a possible $25 credit check fee that the leasing company requires.
