Looking for 3 roles:

MALE- early to mid 30's, dark hair and features, thin to medium build, average height to medium tall. Ability to have unshaven look and hair that is not clean cut, but a bit shaggy. (this does not mean long). Able to express a distraught emotional state effectively and comfortable with vulnerability, but not over the top. Subtlety is always more realistic.

OLDER MALE- early to mid 40's, larger build/frame, rugged, able to portray an intimidating presence, yet is multi-layered not two-dimensional (an intelligent brute) Look is flexible whether dark or light featured. Overall presence and versatility more important.

OLDER FEMALE- can look like she is in her 60's. Dark features. Has a look that can pass as a descendant of gypsies. Thin frame, strong face, elusive presence. Good with facial expressions and subtle emotions with eye movements and gestures/physical acting, as well as voice work.

I'm shooting a video this weekend with a number of talented improvisers. My second DP dropped out at the last minute and I'm looking for someone to replace him.

The shoot times are Friday the 13th (tomorrow) from 4-8pm, Saturday the 14th from Noon to 6pm and Sunday the 15th from Noon to eight. It is a two camera handheld shoot and on both the Saturday and Sunday dates we could shoot all of the single camera stuff last, letting you leave at least two hours early if need be. If you are only able to make it to one of two of these, I might consider using different DPs for different days if need be.

You will be working on finished movies, television programs, documentaries and corporate videos, as well as audio files of depositions and other legal audio files.

Video transcribers must be fluent in English, with excellent vocabulary and spelling skills. Applicants should have an excellent work ethic and should be able to efficiently manage their time in an independent work environment.

Candidates should be available to work part-time (10-30 hours/week), keeping in mind that there may be weeks during which they will not be needed. Candidates may structure their own hours so long as the amount of hours to which they commit are completed, which currently is a minimum of 5 hours of content per week.

Candidates must have high-speed/broadband Internet access. Lower download and upload rate DSL connections may cause problems in viewing/listing to the video/audio content. Great for college and university students. We will run contests where you can earn extra $$$ and/or prizes throughout the months of November and December by completing certain numbers of tapes the fastest.

The Oregon Shakespeare Festival is seeking a dynamic person to assist in rehearsals, build and performance run of productions at the Festival as assigned by Associate Producer�Stage Management. This position is responsible for the creation of prop lists, run lists and quick-change costume plots.

Each year, OSF presents an eight-and-a-half-month season of eleven plays in three theatres plus extensive educational offerings to students, teachers and all playgoers.

Other duties include but are not limited to assembling script with all information necessary to running of show backstage, assemble Text Bible in collaboration with the Literary department, supervising backstage during performances, bringing rehearsal props and costume pieces to rehearsal rooms, preparing and striking rehearsal rooms, maintaining rehearsal reports, and overseeing run and wardrobe crews operations to ensure a smooth performance run.

Two to three years of professional theatre experience or strong experience in University theatre required. Experience with Shakespeare plays is required. Touring experience is highly desirable. College degree in Stage Management or work equivalent is required. The successful candidate must have proficient computer skills in MS Office suite and have the physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds to carry props, move furniture pieces, costume racks, etc. Ability to maintain a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in a manner that gets along with clients, customers, co-workers and management is a must.

Looking for an editor to clean up sound, assist in making a few changes, on an independent film. The film features a several Chicago Theatre actors, a few of which are award winning. Wouldn�t be more than three sessions with me (writer/director), and a little extra work on audio. I can't pay you much at all - $60 ($20 a session). This is ideal work for someone who has spare time and wants to build his or her real � you would be credited as a assistant editor. The film was shot on a Sony PDF 150 and edited on final cut studio pro. So you need at least Final cut pro on your computer. It is low budget � we made the film for under a grand.
