Our building has two apartments that have been completely renovated with many luxurious amenities. We are located a short 15 minute drive or cab ride from our city center/downtown and all of the great attractions of Chicago that people visit here to experience. Trust me, you will really enjoy our hot tub on a cool fall or winter�s day.

Our location is 4.5 miles due south of downtown Chicago, and 2.5 miles SW of McCormick Place, our convention center. We are 1/3 mile from the I-94 expressway. Mc Cormick Place is less than 10 minutes in a car. Our area is is a quiet and very safe neighborhood. Our daily paper, the Chicago Sun Times recently voted our neighborhood as the best area to trick or treat in due to safety concerns and our family atmosphere.

We also have a bus line � block west of us that takes you to the train or it is a � mile walk directly to the train. We are minutes from everything that Chicago has to offer.

You will find a link to our location at the bottom of this ad. Please zoom it out a few levels to see where we are at relative to downtown and McCormick Place.

We offer great value based guest rates all year around. Our lower off season rates from November to March are an even better deal. Our rates can go as low as $125 per night and $750 per week (excluding holidays and special events). All guest rates depend on the length and timing of your stay.

I really recommend this place!!! This place is definitely a great bargain and well worth the money. I can say it is one of the nicest places we have ever stayed at. It is very big with all the extras you can imagine: big comfy beds, spa shower (like a massage), Internet, laundry, and more. It is a home, not just an empty rental. It is also VERY well stocked with necessities. It is in a safe neighborhood very close to public transportation. One of the biggest perks is the truly kind and helpful owner, who always answers his phone and helps you with anything you need. I'd stay for his helpfulness alone.

We came in for a convention at McCormick Place and stayed at Bob's place for a week. It was a great short drive to the convention each morning! This was a great place to stay! It was a short walk to the El train. The deck was a relaxing addition with a nice view of the city. The hot tub was clean and relaxing. One of our concerns was the neighborhood (we had heard some things about Chicago) but the rental is in a nice neighborhood and we felt very safe. The rental is located very near the highway, so it's easy to get around from there. Parking was no problem at all and Bob was very available for any questions we had. Sandy from Hilliard, OH

The maximum number of people that we allow in these apartments is 6 people as each apartment has 3 queen beds. We also have an air bed could be easily set up in the living room if you needed one more place to sleep, so sometimes we sometimes make slight exceptions to that rule, especially if the extra person is not an adult. Each rental requires a $200 refundable security deposit and a $75 cleaning fee. We will give you an all-inclusive rate quote when we respond. As you can see from our guest comments, it�s one of the best deals in Chicago.

We don't rent our apartments for parties of any kind or to younger adults. We require that at least one person in the group be 25 or older.
