Do you need to advertise? I've got available television commercial time for a nationally syndicated TV show that airs on a few chicagoland cable channels on the weekends. I am able to provide 10-13 weeks of commercial time, possibly more if needed. That's at least a $3500 value at our current rates.

What I need is a licensed plumber that can install a new ejector pit (and vent) in my unfinished basement, and properly hook up my sump pumps to meet city code. Sump currently has two pumps. One appears to go outside, the second (which seems to be a backup) is tied into the house's sewer line. City Inspector doesn't like this, and needs to be fixed soon. Building permit is already in hand, I just need the work to be done. This HAS to pass inspection when completed. May also need resoldering of waterpipes throughout the house (I see that there's a lot of corrosion at most the junctures) Please reply if you are interested or would like more details.

I have (ads are on Craigslist) numerous subwoofers and home theater speaker ensembles. I am a general remodeler and have been constructing home theaters for quite a number of people of late. Some of my customers have more money than common sense. I appreciate their business, and do great work, but some of their decision making is a bit lame.

Because the "patina" did not match the rest of the accessories one lady in Wilmette had me remove the KEF HTB2 subwoofer that came with the $2000 KEF KHT3005 system they bought at ABT in Glenview. ((Feel free to check on the quality, price and reviews of the KEF KHT3005)). By itself the sub sells for over $700. They had me install a different sub and literally gave me the HTB2. I also inherited the wall-moving KEF PSW2150 Special Edition sub in a somewhat similar way.

I also have a Boston Acoustics XB6 sub. For home use , in a normal sized room this is a magnificent choice. Not only do these subs provide powerful base..without distortion, to enhance any home theater, their accuracy gives you the accent to music very few subs can provide. The PSW2150 is enhanced with every adjustment and setting found on $1500 subs. Only the housing is different. While $1500 subs provide wondrous low end, from within beautiful rare-wood cabinets, the PSW2150 is just a plain looking black box.

Likewise the Boston Acoustics. Plain looking but awesome performance...clean, un-distorted, accurate performance. The HTB2 is a unique rounded, high gloss sub that most people are glad to leave exposed for people to admire. All of the subs have less than 2 or 3 hours of play on them.

I also have a brand new set of JBL SCS300-5 home theater speakers. Finally, I have a 3 month used set of the reknown KEF KHT2005 home theater, award winning, "egg-shell" speakers. These match up with the PSW2150 as an entire home theater system.

If the price of these various components is a little less than the REALISTIC, AND FAIR price of your laptop, then the difference can be adjusted in cash, or if a little to a bit more than your asking price then this too can be adjusted with cash.

I'm a general contractor/home builder. As you know things have been very slow lately. I have free time. I build homes in the 250k-700k range including custom homes. I will provide my general contractor services for trade of a 2002 or newer import car such as Lexus, Acura, BMW etc. Of course you will pay for materials and labor, but none of my general contractor fees which generally, depending on the size of the house are 30-70k.

I prefer to stay in the Western suburbs. We can build on your lot or mine. I have a half acre lot located near Batavia just 2 miles from 88. I will sell this lot at cost. Homes in this area range in price 300-550k

It's rather large at .4 acres and already has the sidewalks in place which is about 7-8k in concrete that you won't have to pay for when you build your house. It is located in a neighborhood that has 300-500k homes in it. You may hold on to it as long as you like before building on it. I paid 140k for it before the sidewalks were installed.

We need kitchen cabinets very badly. Ours are falling off the wall and are very unsafe for my kids to be around and of course, just plain ugly 40 year old cabinets. I am hoping that a cabinet supplier will see this ad and be able to provide the cabinets for the sizes and design we are hoping for. I do not need them installed.
