Hand building and finishing methods and procedures:
• Wheels are radially and laterally trued to within 0.4mm
• Spokes are aligned to follow the shortest path from hub to rim.
• Spokes have all residual wind up removed.
• The hubs are also centered exactly in the middle of the wheels.
• The spoke tension is optimized in steps.
• Tension balanced within 10%
• The wheels are stabilized several times.
All these efforts provide long term stability and reliability in the wheels
If spoke breaks or the wheels go more than 0.5 mm out of true within 5 years after purchase, I will repair. You pay shipping both directions. Applies to normal riding conditions, not to wheel damage from accidents where the rim is bent or the chain derails into the spokes.
