Market my IT services for a percentage, commission, or fee

I'm a MS certified IT professional with 15 years experience in PCs, servers, networks, databases, file and print sharing, custom development, etc. I also own professional printing equipment. I'm trying to start up as a contractor serving the home, home office, and small/medium sized business market, but I'm having a hard time building a pipeline of customers. I am very good at what I do, I'm very reliable. I'm seeking someone to market my services in exchange for a large initial percentage of my fees or a per-contract fee/commission.
