Growing Hand Car Wash in Roselle seeks Part Time Manager

Requirments:
Excellent communications
Ability to upsell ancillary services
Ability to manage workers with encouragement
Ability to Manage high volume bursts and accomodate all customers despite time constraints without sacrificing quality
Must be able to impact sales increases and customer volume month to month
Provide daily stats to owner
Keep shop clean and organized at all times
Ability to take constructive criticism

This position will eventually turn to full time
