Charlestowne Cinema 18 Hosts A Four-Day Twilight Celebration
Fans Invited To A Fun Celebration Of The “New Moon” Premiere
Fans of ‘Twilight’ shouldn’t just be standing in line for the newest film in the vampire series, they should be celebrating! Beginning on November 19, 2009, and continuing through November 22, 2009, Classic Cinemas’ Charlestowne Cinema 18 Theatre and Taken By Twilight are teaming up to throw a welcoming party for ‘New Moon,’ the second in the series of films chronicling the tale of a love between vampire Edward Cullen (Robert Pattinson) and human teenager Bella Swann (Kristin Stewart). A special screening of the original “Twilight” at 9 p.m. will precede the Midnight showing of the ‘New Moon’ movie.
“We’re all big fans of the Twilight Saga and wanted to turn the midnight premiere of ‘New Moon’ into something special for the fans, something to remember and to share with their friends,” said Charlestowne Cinema 18 General Manager Randy Pollock. “Coming together with the Taken By Twilight group seemed like a natural connection for us both.”
This huge premiere event will feature ‘Twilight’ prize drawings every two hours, with fans winning fabulous ‘Twilight Saga’ prizes like posters, photos and books signed by the ‘Twilight’ stars, exclusive ‘New Moon’ t-shirts, and even Bella’s bracelet. There will be FREE goodie bags for the first 100 fans at the event. Patrons are invited to put together their best and most imaginative costumes of a favorite ‘Twilight’ or ‘New Moon’ character for the costume contest held each of the four days.

Start your brains for the one of a kind trivia contest also held daily and win movie related prizes. Don't forget to bring your camera for your very own photo-op with our ‘Twilight’ look-a-likes and interactive displays. There will also be an exclusive ‘Twilight Saga’ store set up for all fans to purchase top of the line uniquely designed merchandise.
While the event centers around the film, it is open and free to the general public who might want to come by and participate in a trivia and costume contests, sign up for the raffle for twilight prizes, see the same model Volvos - XC60 and C30 - driven by Edward Cullen in the film, meet our ‘Twilight Saga’ look-a-likes and just take in the overall excitement surrounding this amazingly popular series.
