I recently accepted a job offer from an employer whose office is located in Wayne, IL, and am seeking a more conveniently located residence than my Woodstock apartment. Sleeping nights and preparing myself mornings before normal workdays, Monday through Friday, an occassional Saturday, and Sunday if workload requires, as well as preparing/cooking dinners (and lunches, time-permitting) as close to my employer's office as possible, within a 15-mile radius, and in a decent area is my goal. Because I am renewing my lease which expires July 31, I need only enough room to fit a queen-sized bed I am willing to provide, my clothes, toiletries, food, and any other miscellaneous necessities. Full priveleges, or at least those to the kitchen and laundry room I desire. Reasonable rent, exchanging home improvement projects and/or household chores for housing, or a combination of the two interests me.

I'm a healthy, single, straight, 36-year-old male who doesn't drink (alcohol, that is), doesn't smoke, doesn't use drugs, doesn't party, and generally keeps to himself.

Just got word Wednesday that my company is relocating me to the western burbs of Chicago. I'm moving there from Grand Rapids,MI.
