The Director of Human Resources will be responsible for developing methods and programs to motivate employees to fulfill their potential while achieving the company's goals in accordance with company philosophies and objectives. This position will serve as a resource for employees and managers regarding policies, procedures and benefits. Oversee all phases of the hiring process, maintains and updates computer and paper files of all employees,reviews and revises personnel forms, job descriptions and company manuals, keeping them up to date and in compliance with current employment laws and regulations assuring EEOC guidelines are followed. Coordinate and schedule internal and external training programs, including travel arrangements when necessary. Oversee all areas of employee compensation program, administration of all company benefit programs, i.e. health, dental, life, 401(k) plan and disability. Participates in the annual renewal of employee benefits and coordinates employee enrollment process.

Performs duties under pressure and meets deadlines in a timely manner. Works as part of a team, as well as completes assignments independently.
Requirements include but are not limited to:
- Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university; or two to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- PHR/SPHR certification preferred.
- Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills that enables theability to speak effectively before groups of employees of the organization.
- The ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
