With our audit, We PROVIDE and ASSIST attorneys on what defense, counter claims and third party complaints to file in court.
We use TILA, RESPA, Common Law Fraud, Unconscionability, Holder-in-Due Course and Real Party in Interest issues for defenses.
We can even give samples of Answers, Complaints, Counter Claims, Motions, etc if needed.
1). We pay a flat fee of $2,500.
In submitting a file to you, we pay an upfront $1,000 to file an answer or responsive pleading and counter claims
(we will provide you the audit report and possible claims). Succeeding payments of $500 (till fully paid) per work
done (appearances) as the case progresses. Flat fee includes filing fees.
2). Contingency of 25% from "total benefit of the settlement award".
3). On TILA and HOEPA cases, attorneys can ask the court to grant your (additional) actual hourly legal fees. Attorney keeps all these fees on top of item 1 & 2.
On the other hand, if we lose the case, the client shall not incur debt on legal fees
except for the $2,500 flat fee, unless the client cancels. If client stops paying,
we withdraw the case.
Your payments will come from us, the auditing company. We have a Power
of Attorney on behalf of the clients. Client’s representation is by volume.
