Degreed piano instructor with 20+ years experience is now accepting piano students. From young children to adult, I will help you build a solid foundation based on strong hand technique, strong reading skills, and overall musicianship (theory, timing, etc).
I take personal accountability that my students will steadily progress, gain a detailed understanding of what they’re learning, and be able to apply all this during performances, auditions, and contests. To me, teaching music lessons is similar to the job of a sports coach—to make sure each student maximizes their potential and bypasses what they thought was possible of themselves. I have a firm belief and understanding that my influence on a student goes far beyond what they learn musically. For all parents, I understand teachers are role models, and I accept this responsibility with open arms (in addition, I am a parent myself).
