We are in search of an Accounts Payable/Receivable Assistant . You’ll be onsite at our new West Chicago office (a newly, renovated 1930’s roller rink- now an open loft with a great view of a lake) working on a smattering of projects. You will assist with accounts payable and receivables, prepare reports, follow up with our vendors, schedule freight shipments, assist with phone inquiries and place orders online as required. We need someone who is proficient with Microsoft, Excel and Quickbooks. Must be VERY detail oriented, be able to multi-task and have a team player mentality.
