Proactive and experienced individual to support the Executive President and Chief Operating Officers in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. This role ensures efficient operations and delivery of quality, high-tech services while exhibiting superlative administrative and organizational strengths.
• Organizes and prioritizes large volumes of information, e/mail, written and oral communications.
• Receive, refer and/or respond to e-mail, fax, phone call, and voice mail messages that are often of a confidential or sensitive nature
• Be able to wear many hats and fill in at a moments notice where needed in departments such as Customer Service, Order Picking/Packing, Reception, etc.
• Handles confidential and non-routine information and is responsible for confidential and time sensitive material
• Work diligently to assure that all tasks are planned and completed as required
• Organizing and preparing daily materials; debrief and manage follow-up items
• Leverage people and other resources to ensure that operational goals are fully advanced with precision.
• Complete other tasks as requested; tasks may be complex and require anticipation of needs or circumstances
• Arrange frequent and complex travel schedules
