I am looking for a roommate too take over half a lease in a 1 bedroom apartment in the Parkway Commons Complex in Carol Steam. I am moving to Iowa to attend school and need somebody to take over my half the lease. You would be living with one other male (20). He attends school at UTI in the mornings and works a job in the evenings so he is hardly around. He's hardworking and very respectful of your things, never brings the party home.

The apartment is a one bed/one bath, comes completely furnished with leather couches, flat screen tv, dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer. Also the apartment was recently renovated and we were the first ones to move in when we signed the lease in September so all the carpet is new, as are the hardwood floors, new paint, etc...

The current rate on the apartment is $900/month which comes out to $450 each, however I need to move asap and am willing to chip in $150 a month towards your half of the lease, bringing your share to just $300/month!

Water/gas/trash is an additional $15 a month each and electric comes to about $15/month each.
