Responsibilities include:
1. Administer and maintain preferred platforms which include:

* HP ProLiant Servers and MSA Storage including SANs
* Symantec Backup Exec

2. Monitor performance and maintain integrity of hardware and software platforms
3. Administer user accounts, permissions, and policies
4. Monitor and configure firewall, e-mail quarantines, and other security infrastructure
5. Manage system backups and perform restores as needed
6. Perform off-hours systems maintenance as needed

We’re looking for a Technology Consultant (TC) to represent us, develop the territory, and cultivate the relationships necessary to be successful in the market. Here’s the breakdown of what you’ll be doing:
1. Working with existing clients for new technology purchases
2. Cultivating relationships and networking to find new sales opportunities in the territory
3. Attending trade shows, local society dinners, etc., to develop your expertise and expand your relationships
4. Perform onsite visits to existing clients and prospect near their offices for new opportunities
Responsibilities:
- Work with existing customers on new technology acquisitions
- Work with partners to provide supporting technology for their sales (i.e. – we sell the computers that allow a partner to sell their software to a client)
- Work with our implementations team to make sure that the customer is getting even more than they expect when we put in their system
- Work with the support team to help customers that need immediate tech support.
Skills / Requirements:
- Incredible communication skills – span the gap between tech, business, and a sales process
- Great decision making skills – both tactical and strategic
- Technical skills – you need to know about windows based networks, cabling, hardware, and basic software. You need to know MS Office like the back of your hand, and have an ability to quickly learn new software and technology. - Ability to learn. We’re going to teach you all about dentistry and healthcare as part of this position. We work on some of the coolest cutting edge imaging technology around – and you’ve got to be willing to learn how to use it.
Will work with District Technology team to troubleshoot and maintain client computers. Position focuses on client level problems and will consist of significant interaction with teaching and support staff.
20 Hours Per Week during the School Day
Rate: $17.50
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Strong interpersonal communication skills
Significant Experience with Personal Computer Troubleshooting
Requires reliable building to building transportation
Mac OS X Experience Preferred
Mac OS X Server Experience a Plus

• Mac networking
• Creating and maintaining Facebook and Twitter pages
The person who exhibits these skills will work with dealership employees on creating Keynote presentations and networking for Mac computers. This person will also be responsible for designing both a Facebook and Twitter page for the dealerships within our group.
Candidate must be fluent in English (written and verbal). Candidate will work on location in Elgin during normal business hours.
This Analyst must be a self-motivated, organized individual who likes challenges and can work independently with a minimum of supervision. Qualifications must include the following:
• Excellent interpersonal, communication (written and verbal) skills
• Strong knowledge of the imaging/document management/ECM industry
• Specific experience with Laserfiche document management software is a plus
• Related technical skills -- experience in a similar role or corporate IT role preferred. CompTIA CDIA+ certification highly desirable
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task
